BaoChat service terms

These terms are between you and 广东虎山科技有限公司, 广东省佛山市顺德区龙江镇西溪社区文华路11号盈信城市广场3区西座510号. By creating an account or using BaoChat, you agree to them.

Service and AI output

BaoChat provides a hosted workspace connecting customer messaging and AI-assisted drafting services. AI output can be incomplete or wrong; customers remain responsible for reviewing messages, configuration, recipients, and business decisions.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must be able to form a binding contract, provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and use the service lawfully. Do not abuse, probe, disrupt, resell without permission, infringe rights, or submit unlawful or malicious content. You are responsible for your workspace members and for having a lawful basis to process submitted customer data.

Billing, renewal, and cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew through Stripe until canceled in the billing portal. Price, currency, taxes, billing interval, and renewal date are shown before checkout. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period; fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.

Content and service rights

You retain rights in content you submit and grant us and our processors the limited rights needed to host, transmit, secure, and process it for the service. We retain rights in BaoChat software and branding. Feedback may be used without restriction or identifying you.

Availability and liability

We operate the service with reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free AI output. To the extent permitted by law, aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the three months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited are not excluded.

Suspension, termination, and closure

We may suspend access for nonpayment, material breach, security risk, or unlawful use. Workspace owners can schedule closure after canceling active billing. The workspace is disabled immediately and retained for a 30-day deletion waiting period before deletion processing, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, billing, and backup retention obligations.

Changes, law, and contact

Material changes will be posted or notified before they take effect where required. These terms are governed by 中华人民共和国广东省佛山市，争议提交公司所在地有管辖权的人民法院, without overriding mandatory protections that apply to you. Legal notices and questions may be sent to [email protected].
